How accurate is your website?

We have done everything to ensure that our descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, however we cannot be held responsible for any perceived discrepancies of products from their descriptions or images. Descriptions and images are constantly checked and verified with our suppliers for accuracy

Kid-Nap disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Arranging a Product Viewing Appointment

Our showroom has an extensive selection of products displayed for you to view and test drive. Whilst we aim to have the most desired products on display at all times we are unable to showcase all models which we sell on our website.

Should you wish to see a specific product please contact our Sales Team on 01387 265019 or email us at info@kid-nap.com to inquire if we have this on display. We are more than happy to arrange an appointment for you view any product which we have on display in our showroom and there is also the option for you to receive a demonstration on any product.

What if my item is faulty?

All items purchased through Kid-Nap come with a warranty to protect you from any manufacturing faults that may occur.

If you have a manufacturing fault with your item within 30 days of purchase we will refund or replace the item for you – Exclusions, terms and conditions apply.

Items after 30 days of purchase will be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty and we will strive to ensure we rectify the fault accordingly. To find out the length of your warranty please get in touch or consult your instruction manual. If you have a fault please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at info@kid-nap.com.

The manufacturer’s warranty only covers against manufacturing faults and does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse such as, but not limited to, improper storage and product care
  • Maintenance and use other than that indicated in the user guide
  • Failure to follow the instructions in the user guide
  • Abuse, neglect, carelessness or accident
  • Modification or alteration of the product
  • Air transportation or freight damage
  • Damage to tyres such as holes, punctures or tears
  • Mounting or installation of third party products such as buggy boards that are not recommended by the manufacturer
