How accurate is your website?
We have done everything to ensure that our descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, however we cannot be held responsible for any perceived discrepancies of products from their descriptions or images. Descriptions and images are constantly checked and verified with our suppliers for accuracy.
Do your prices include VAT?
All of our prices include VAT at the standard UK rate.
We take online security extremely seriously and have taken several steps to ensure that your payment and personal information is processed confidentially and accurately.
We have made online shopping secure and easy. We use PayPal to process our online payment transactions.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus any applicable delivery charges as set out in the Delivery Information page of this website. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified at the checkout stage and payment will be debited and cleared from the relevant payment account.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. All online payments are processed for you by PayPal and the balance is paid to Kid-Nap. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method.
Kid-Nap disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Order Acceptance & Completion
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the delivery of the Products ordered by you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in our Returns section.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Suspected fraudulent activity
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services Representatives.
We only dispatch orders to the UK.
The sales contract is completed in Scotland.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Arranging a Product Viewing Appointment
Our showroom has an extensive selection of products displayed for you to view and test drive. Whilst we aim to have the most desired products on display at all times we are unable to showcase all models which we sell on our website.
Should you wish to see a specific product please contact our Sales Team on 01387 265019 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire if we have this on display. We are more than happy to arrange an appointment for you view any product which we have on display in our showroom and there is also the option for you to receive a demonstration on any product.
To return your item has never been easier! At Kid-Nap we offer a 14 day return policy which enables you to return your unwanted items. All items must be in a resalable condition, which includes original packaging, including tags and must be unused and undamaged.
If you would like to return an item please contact us on 01387 265019 and we will be happy to help.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc, you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
What if my item is faulty?
All items purchased through Kid-Nap come with a warranty to protect you from any manufacturing faults that may occur.
If you have a manufacturing fault with your item within 30 days of purchase we will refund or replace the item for you – Exclusions, terms and conditions apply.
Items after 30 days of purchase will be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty and we will strive to ensure we rectify the fault accordingly. To find out the length of your warranty please get in touch or consult your instruction manual. If you have a fault please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at email@example.com.
We may request some images or a short video of the fault to be able to assist you to the best of our ability. From time to time we may request we collect the items from you, in this instance all costs will be covered by ourselves. Items will need to be packaged for travel.
The manufacturer’s warranty only covers against manufacturing faults and does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse such as, but not limited to, improper storage and product care
- Maintenance and use other than that indicated in the user guide
- Failure to follow the instructions in the user guide
- Abuse, neglect, carelessness or accident
- Modification or alteration of the product
- Air transportation or freight damage
- Damage to tyres such as holes, punctures or tears
- Mounting or installation of third party products such as buggy boards that are not recommended by the manufacturer
Please note, that while this list is inclusive, it is not exhaustive.
When should I expect my refund?
We aim to refund your return as soon as we receive your order. Please note that dependent on the original payment method this could take between 1-7 working days upon the item(s) arrival at our Warehouse.
I need to cancel/change my order
If you wish to change or cancel your order please get in touch by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours. Please include your order number and address to help us deal with your query as quickly as possible. Please note that if we have already dispatched your item our standard returns process will apply and charges will be incurred for refused deliveries.
